This elegant Syrah is a selected harvest wine that comes from a very specific vineyard, “La Encina” at 975m above sea level.
At this altitude, the area’s extreme climate shapes the style of the wine, fresh and true to its varietal character. The high temperature drop from days to nights during the ripening period ensures that the process occurs slowly and develops ideal aromatic qualities for the variety.
Sandy, chalky soils with lots of clay help to generate concentration and varietal character.

Complex and original bouquet where we can discover evident notes of black fruits, blackberry and red cherry preserve which combine to perfection with the hints of vanilla and tobacco leafs, toffee, eucalyptus
The palate is a true reflexion of the nose. The intensity of the fruit, together with the sweet tannins make of this a pleasant, elegant, supple, harmonic wine
