    Customer can pick up the wine during our office hours after pick-up confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders without refund or exchange, if the customer does not pick up the wine within 2 weeks after pick-up confirmation.

    Free delivery upon spending of HK$880

    For orders under HK$880, delivery fee applies as follows:
    HK$150 delivery fee for Hong Kong Island area;
    HK$200 delivery fee for Kowloon area;
    HK$250 delivery fee for New Territories area except remote areas, Lantau Island and outlying islands.

    Delivery service areas including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.

    For Tung Chung, customer can pick up at Tung Chung MTR station.
    The delivery service does not include addresses in Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands, Hong Kong International Airport and restricted areas. If you are unsure if we can reach your address, please contact us via WhatsApp: https://wa.me/85296948802
    If no elevator service is available for premises, delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only.
    Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.
    We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient fail to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
    We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
