Can you arrange delivery for tomorrow?
Yes, but it depends on the item(s) and quantity you need.
Please WhatsApp our customer service with the item(s) and quantity you wish to order. Once confirmed, we can arrange delivery for the next day. Please refrain from placing an order before confirmation.

Can you arrange delivery on a specific date?
Yes! You can choose a specific delivery date by leaving a message at "Order special instructions" on the Cart page, or by contacting us through WhatsApp: https://wa.me/85296948802
Can you deliver to event venues or restaurants?
Yes! Just fill in the restaurant address and name in the address field.
For general reservations: Write the name of the person and the date in the order remarks.
For events: Write the event date and name in the order remarks.
I don't live in Hong Kong, can I still place an order with you and have the wine delivered to my friend?
Yes! We have customers from around the world who purchase gifts for their friends and colleagues in Hong Kong. Before checkout, please provide detailed information in "Order special instructions" on the Cart page and simply enter the local delivery address during checkout. We also offer gift boxes and gift cards as additional options.
Please note that local phone numbers must be provided for successful delivery.
Delivery Time - How long will it take to receive the wine I ordered?
Generally, it takes 1-3 working days after placing the order for delivery. Customers can choose a specific delivery date by leaving a message at "Order special instructions" on the Cart page, or by contacting us through WhatsApp: https://wa.me/85296948802
Where do you deliver in Hong Kong? Can you deliver to remote areas?
We provide delivery services to Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the
New Territories.
For Tung Chung, customer can pick up at Tung Chung MTR station.
The delivery service does not include addresses in Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Outlying
Islands, Hong Kong International Airport and restricted areas. If you are

Do you deliver to addresses in Outlying Islands?
Our delivery service does not cover Outlying Island areas, but we can arrange for pick-up at Central Pier. For more details, please WhatsApp us at: https://wa.me/85296948802
Do you deliver to addresses without elevators?
If no elevator service is available for premises, delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only.
Can you leave the wine outside the door or at the management office?
Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.
We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient fail to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

How can I ensure that the package does not include an invoice?
If you do not want the invoice included with the delivery, please notify us in "Order special instructions" on the Cart page before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
On our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, FPS (Faster Payment System), and bank deposit.
In our physical store, we accept FPS (Faster Payment System), Payme, and cash.

Do you have physical stores?
We have a physical office for customers to come and buy wine in person, please WhatsApp or call us to check stock beforehand.
How can I pick up my order?
During the checkout process, you can choose to pick up the order at our office. Once the items are ready, our store staff will notify you for pickup.
Can you recommend some wines suitable for weddings or events?
Certainly! Please let us know the number of guests or the specific wine requirements for your event. Our team will recommend the most suitable wines for you.
